Founded in 1998 by James Pratt and son, Win Pratt, on a commitment to construction quality and design excellence, Pratt & Associates quickly grew to include a team of construction, design and sales professionals has become one of the largest builders of the Chattanooga area.  In the past 10 years Pratt Homes have been involved in over 30 communities and with homebuilding operations consistently in over 18 communities.
