As you settle into your new home, unpacking and arranging furniture, we know you don’t have time to review all the information included in your closing papers regarding the Covenants and Restrictions. We have included some of the important information in this Welcome Packet just to make your adjustment to our community that much easier.

If you choose to make any exterior modifications to your home/property, you MUST fill out an EXTERIOR MODIFICATION FORM and submit for approval by the Design Review Committee. (Including cutting trees/shrubs, painting home or making any exterior changes)
