Within Reunion neighborhood, there are 12 townhomes. Six of these townhomes are located on Meeting Place and six are located on Restoration Drive. The townhome owners make up the Townhome Council. The Townhome Council has approved additional annual fees (not included in the HOA Annual Dues) that pay for landscaping needs (includes mowing, mulching, trimming), chemical lawn applications (sprays for pests, fertilizers and weed control), water back flow testing and various joint expenses related to townhome ownership.
The Townhome Council requires each townhome owner to complete the following and submit documentation to the Townhome Council Representative annually:
- Annual Back Flow Testing
- Home Owners Insurance (town home owner must provide necessary quarterly or annual documentation depending on how it is paid)
- Annual Termite Inspection
The additional fees are allotted in three tiers based on the size of townhome lot according to the landscaping needs.
Items included in fees:
- Yearly Back flow valve testing: This is required by the city of Chattanooga. All repairs that may be needed are at the additional expense of the Townhome owner.
- Landscaping: This includes mowing, mulch, and trimming per contracted statement of work. Additional shrubs, flowers or trees are at additional expense of Townhome owner.
- Chemical lawn application: This includes treatments for pests, fertilizer, and weed control applications.
The Landscaping statement of work can be found in detail here.
